Demand for the TEGO plywood continues to be created in the building construction and demand for special plywood used for shipbuilding and automobile in the various industrial sectors home and abroad. Furthermore, pallets which is developed by utilizing by-products from wood processing or chips, the final by-product contribute to rational utilization of materials and distribution channels for other industries, saving of resources and expenses.
EIC which expanded the scope of wood processing from key industry to manufacturing and building sectors is doing its best to develop products that consumers require in order to stay near them. Especially, strong and beautiful flooring products made by utilizing American hardwood is widely used as materials for interior decoration. Also production of laminated lumber developed by utilizing the first by-product from wood processing not only contributed to effective saving of resources by improvement of the yield of wood processing but also created high value-added by being processed into flooring or staircase materials. EIC has completed development of plywood for sound insulation and is undergoing inspection for its finish in order to meet consumers. Sawn Timber
Common sawn timber products include solid timber beams
Sawn timber is timber that is cut from logs into different shapes and sizes. Sawn timber is generally cut into varying rectangular widths and lengths, but may also be wedge-shaped. The first step in the conversion of logs to wood is the preparation of the log. The branches and bark are removed from the tree trunks prior to any processing. Removing the bark leaves all the heartwood and most of the sapwood. This process now takes place in a matter of seconds on the forest floor with specialised machinery. Where the logs are to be used as poles or piles, some specifications may call for a removal of the sapwood. This can shape the log so that it is perfectly round, has sixteen or more faces, or is true to the original shape of the tree.
Logs classified as ‘saw logs’ are sent to a saw mill to be processed. Logs are stockpiled under water sprays to prevent them from splitting as they rapidly dry out. The logs are then sawn into rectangular shapes in the ‘green mill’. Here the logs are fully saturated and the saws leave a rough surface on the wood, as some of the fibres are torn out rather than cut. If timber is to be seasoned, or dried, then this will takes place next with the removal of much of the moisture from inside the timber. Seasoned products are then machined to give smooth or shaped surfaces.

Blockboard
Blockboard is an engineered wood
It is wood-based board that consists of a core made of softwood wood strips between both layers of wood veneer (generally 1 layer of ply). They are used to make bookshelves, benches, doors, shelves, shelves, wall panelling and partition walls. In blockboards, the wooden strips are placed edge-to-edge and are enclosed between hardwood veneer sheets which are glued together under high pressure. The strips at the centre run lengthways in order to achieve the strength. When pieces of wood are required for furniture, as they do not tend to bend or bend in the middle they are option. Since they’re more stiff thus over plywood blockboards are favored for seats and extended bookshelves!
Blockboard is meant for use for interior use only, therefore blockboard shouldn’t be used at outside. When utilizing blockboard for tables or doors, it’s very important to be certain that lengthways runs so as to attain maximum strength. Blockboard could possibly be utilized to produce paneling, doors, shelves and walls. It’s sensible to paint either side so as to equalise In case you choose to paint the surface. Laminboard seems quite much like blockboard but it consists of strip and is made up of bits that are smaller to blockboard. The strips are soldered between two veneers together with the grain running at right angles into the strips. Laminboard is a version of blockboard Where the core Includes several thinner battens or veneer ordered ‘on edge’

Veneer
Veneer is the expression of timber. The difference between veneer and wood is that wood is sawn than trimming on veneer making more waste. To put it differently, the extra value which may be procured from a log is maximised by processing a log. No other product that is all-natural can offer you this value that is added that is exceptional. Wood veneer is utilized for decoration software in several sections. It is perfect for more, resort jobs, offices and jobs. Additionally, veneer can be processed to make many different items like veneer parquet, elastic veneer sheets, wood veneer planks, wood veneer background, etc. Veneer texture and may give an exceptional look to any inside.
The ways that veneer could be cut are revealed here. We work together with our brands by taking the farther, to earn wood veneer reachable, including value you can convert them to the end solutions that are desired. It is as user-friendly veneered panels as ones that are melamine. Our veneer comes in many different lengths and thicknesses. We fabricate our veneer which makes it perfect for use in the manufacture of laminated veneer lumber plywood, and hardwood plywood.
