To enter into this franchise business, you will need to ensure that you have an acceptable location. This means that you will need to get an approval from the master franchiser so that there will be no two 7-Eleven stores located too close to each other. The franchise fees for this business is RM100,000 which is for a term of 10 years. On top of that, there is no charges for marketing or advertising and promotions. There is a royalty of RM1,000 from the first to fifth year and 1% of your monthly sales from the sixth to tenth year. With all that in, plus all the renovation and other charges, your initial start up cost would be around RM250,000.
