The royalty fee is 3% of the monthly gross income while 1% of the income will be used for Advertising and Promotions.
  • For an intermediate lot, the size is not more than 1,400 square feet which require a RM280,000 set up fee. 5% of royalty fees and 2% of A&P will be required while you will need to pay RM50,000 as a food deposit and another RM25,000 in stocks.
  • For corner lot outlets, the setup fee is RM470,000 while royalty and A&P fees are the same as above.
